Our Reception of the Gospel

The gospel has reached us because generations of Christians before us faithfully passed it on. They testified to Jesus, helped believers grow, and equipped others to continue the work from one generation to the next.

The Pattern of the New Testament

In the New Testament, making disciples led believers to start, strengthen, and multiply churches. As the apostles and those they equipped proclaimed the gospel, people believed, joined churches, and grew through the Word, prayer, shared life, and mutual edification. They also developed leaders and sent workers into new places.

Our Participation in the Mission

The Gathering Network equips ordinary believers and leaders to participate in that same mission today. We pursue Jesus’s mission of making disciples of all nations so that we see the vision of starting, strengthening, and multiplying churches become a growing reality.

We follow the resurrected and reigning Jesus by recovering the apostolic way—a simple, biblical pattern of life and ministry shaped by the Word, empowered by the Spirit, and sustained through prayer and fasting.

Our Goals

That non-Christians trust in Jesus, disciples grow in obedience, leaders are formed and multiplied, and churches take root and spread.
